RETURN, CANCELLATION & DELIVERY POLICY

We certainly understand that ascertaining the quality of fabric without touching them is a difficult task that’s why we have 7 days Easy Return Policy, If the product you received is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, you just need to send the product back to us and full refund will be initiated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unsealed goods should not be accepted at the time of delivery. Returns of unsealed products will not be accepted.

The confirmation email regarding the return authorization will be sent to the consumer within 24-48 hrs working hours from the time of submission.
To return your product, you can send the product back to us using any third Party Courier Service at: Vaibhav’s Creations, Kacha Bagh, Kucha Natwa, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.
- Shipping costs incurred for returning the item will be borne by the buyer and Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You need to use a trackable shipping service while returning the product.
- Rs 200 will be deducted from the refund amount for Suit Fabrics
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the refund status within 48hrs.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days to original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Credit card/ Debit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Vaibhav’s Creations shall refund back the amount collected from you on following grounds:
- Customer initiated (Order or line cancellation)
- Vaibhav’s Creations initiated (Order or line cancellation)
- Customer Initiated (Order or Line Return) subject to QC clearance.
- Failed Delivery (Customer unavailable, Customer refusal)
- Lost in Transit
Following are the policies in this regard:
The amount will be refunded back to the original payment tender(s) which was used while you placed the order.
If the order is cancelled (Customer initiated or Vaibhav’s Creations initiated), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges & gift wrapping charges. In case of partial order cancellation (Customer initiated or Vaibhav’s Creations initiated), shipping charges & gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges & gift wrapping charges will not be refunded.
CUSTOMER INITIATED CANCELLATION
Once the orders have been placed, you are given a flexibility to amend the order on account of a variety of reasons within 24 hours. These amendments could be at the order level or at the Product line level.
Following are the policies in this regard:
Vaibhav’s Creations will accept any order amendments till the time it has not been processed in our warehouse.
The Customer is required to contact the Vaibhav’s Creations Contact Centre i.e email@example.com for cancellation.
Vaibhav’s Creations’s Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.
Full order cancellation is allowed only if none of the Product line has been processed in our warehouse.
Line cancellation for the entire line is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed in our warehouse.
If the cancellation request is successful as per above conditions, Vaibhav’s Creations would cancel the order or entire line(s) as the case may be and refund the same to you as per Vaibhav’s Creations’s refund policy.
VAIBHAV’S CREATIONS INITIATED CANCELLATION:
During the order processing stage, there is a possibility that the Product quantities required to fulfil an order are not completely available, for reasons such as physical product found to be damaged at the warehouse, product not traceable etc. Vaibhav’s Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability.
Vaibhav’s Creations’s Customer service team would initiate the communication to you, explaining the reason for such cancellation and initiate a refund to you as per Vaibhav’s Creations’s refund policy.
We usually deliver products within 3-9 working days but sometimes due to unavoidable reasons the delay can happen in the delivery.
Once the order has been confirmed and communicated between Vaibhav’s Creations and the consumer, the consumer is obligated to accept the order at the time of delivery. In case of any returns, defects etc. please refer the Cancellation & Return Policy.
We at Vaibhav’s Creations know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.
For all the purchases at Vaibhav’s Creations (within India), the order will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost.
